Twilight Energy Pty Ltd is a South Australian business specialising in residential solar, battery storage and EV charger installation. Our installers are Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited and our electrical work is performed by licensed electricians.

4. Quotes and contracts

Any enquiry or assessment booking made through this website is not a binding agreement to install a system. A contract is only formed once we provide you with a written quote and you accept it in writing (or by signing).

Our installation contracts include details of the products supplied, pricing, payment terms, manufacturer warranties, our installation warranty, and your cooling-off rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Warranties

Products we install carry manufacturer warranties (panels, inverters, batteries, chargers). We provide a workmanship warranty on our installation as set out in your installation contract. Nothing in these website terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and services are provided with due care and skill.

6. Third-party links and content

This website may link to third-party sites or include third-party content (e.g. product manufacturers, monitoring apps, finance partners). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those third parties.
