  • Identification required for grid connection applications (e.g. SA Power Networks)

  • System performance data from your inverter and battery (via the mySigen app or equivalent monitoring platform)

  • Communications you send us (emails, SMS, phone calls, web form submissions)

2. Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • Prepare quotes and design your solar, battery or EV charging system

  • Apply for grid connection approvals with SA Power Networks (SAPN) and submit STC/rebate paperwork on your behalf

  • Schedule and complete installation

  • Monitor system performance and provide warranty and after-sales support

  • Process payments and meet our tax and accounting obligations

  • Send you service updates and, with your consent, occasional marketing

  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (Clean Energy Council, SA Government rebate programs, etc.)

3. Who we share it with

We only share your information with parties who help us deliver our service to you, including:

  • SA Power Networks (for grid connection applications)

  • The Clean Energy Regulator and STC trading agents (for rebate processing)

  • Product manufacturers (e.g. Sigenergy) for warranty registration and monitoring

  • Our installers, electricians and subcontractors

  • Our accounting software providers (e.g. Xero) and payment processors

  • Government bodies, where required by law

 

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Marketing

From time to time we may contact you with information about new products, rebates or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at the details below.

5. Storage and security

Your information is stored in secure cloud services (Australian or compliant overseas providers) and protected by access controls and encryption. We retain records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax and warranty purposes).
